Section 5 – Game Rules & Fairness

Section 7 – Account Security & Member Responsibilities

• Create a strong password using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, at least 8 characters long.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings for an added layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any unauthorised activity on your account to the Vegas969 support team immediately.

Vegas969 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if it results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. That said, we will conduct a thorough investigation into any report of suspicious activity and take appropriate action to protect our members' interests.

Section 8 – Prohibited Conduct & Platform Misuse

Using Vegas969 for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where applicable:

• Identity Fraud: Using a false identity, registering under another person's name, or providing false information during KYC.
